I also have the same problem as Gui Ge.  Cable within the steering wheel loose.  Went TCM to have it rectified.  But I think yours may be considered "normal" by TCM.  The reason for saying that is that when I brought my car to TCM on the steering wheel noise, the noise sounds like rubbing sound.  I could hear the sound even if I turn the steering slowly, such as going up or coming down MSCP.  During the testing by TCM technician, he identified the problem within minutes.  However, he highlighted to me that the motor sound is normal if we were to turn the steering fast, which he demonstrated by turning the steering to the limit (i.e. more than your 200-250 degrees).  Since you hear the sound only if you turn the steering fast, then TCM will say it is normal.  Took them quite long.  Appointment time at 9.30 am and ready for collection only at 2 pm.  They said quite complicated because they have to dismantle parts (-- may be smoke me only).  Do share with us if TCM tells you the same thing.  Thanks.
