what engine oil you using now?

It does help as my previous ride all the while using 10w40 and when switch to 10w30 FC also improves. Nothing was changed in terms of driving style and route.

And since the manual state using lighter oil, just wonder why so many is still using thicker oil.  :confused1:

Maybe should say or ask: why is TCm still using w40 oil?

I think for economies of scale, Tan Chong, like any other agt workshop, chose to use W40 engine oil which is well accepted in general.

For me, I will stick to W40 engine oil due to local hot and humid weather, and the unforgiving stop and go city driving which can cause extreme stress to the engine.
