Just got back into the Latio scene again when I booked a Latio Sport Base this afternoon for 47k after factoring for $500 NAC discount.  Package includes Leather, Sport Rim, DS3 kit, Ultramax solar film, 3M equivalent car mat and window visor.  COE Rebate level for this round is only 3k though.  Was told that the estimated OMV is $18k+, not sure if the guy smoke me or not but if it's true, it would have been a great buy as compared to the Vios which is selling around the same price but with a 12k OMV only.  Was initially interested in the Jazz but just could not justify paying 10k more for that car.  Now just waiting to secure COE only.  ;D

Hey Ender, didn't realise that you were active over here.  How are things with you.  We should catch up some time.

Latio 1.5 4A/T Sedan Base 49,000*
Latio 1.5 CVT Sedan Premium 52,000*
*Sedan price excludes leather seats and sports rims (add $1,000 if you wish to opt in)

Latio 1.5 4A/T Sports Base 49,000
Latio 1.5 CVT Sports Premium 53,000
Latio 1.5 CVT Sports Premium S/Roof 55,000

Prices only dropped $4,000 despite COE prices dropping over $10,000.

Let's take sedan base as an example.

If add leather seats and sports rims (which most of us got), Latio basic sedan base 4A/T would cost $50,000.

Next COE bidding price is unlikely to be high as prices have been marked down and high COE price will eat into distributor's profit margin.

For me, I paid $53,000 for my Latio with $16,000 COE, with leather seats and sports rims. Still a better deal anytime, especially if I sell in a few years' time. I still have a much higher paper value despite paying an extra $3,000.

I posted the above prices on 20th Nov.

On 21st Nov, there was a further $3,000 reduction across the board for all Nissan cars.

Hence you are right that Latio sedan is now $46,000.

Think the prices went up by $500 already since yesterday for the Latios.  Further more, popular colours like the Pacific Blue and Pearl White were already snapped up since Saturday.

Yes, it was reported in today's papers that prices went up by $500 yesterday.

In such gloomy economic outlook, commit only if you NEED a car, and not if you WANT a car.

Should be base if you see the words "from 46K"

Sorry if this question sounds weird. Can you share what is the rationale for withdrawing from the sale after the 3rd attempt?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought Tan Chong will try to secure your COE in 6 bids, rather than just 3 bids?
