Same promo, are they tied to AIG? i heard maybe not. I may be wrong.

heyhey i also got  letter to renew my car insurance for the first time and it's like 3k!!! gdness! so ex! is it coz its inhouse (AIG)or what? please do shed light coz im new at this!
