Bro,
Normally it is very hard to polish back the headlights lens cover. Our lens cover is made of PC (Polycarbonate plastic) and coated with a Hardcoat (which should protect from scratches). Normally we cant polish the Hardcoat, unless u re-coat the whole coatings which we dont do.
How old is ur ride? If it is still new (eg. less than 3 yrs/100K), mayb u shd try to ask for free replacement at TC, as the Hardcoat should have a good scratch protection (argue with them on this point).
The other problem is the "fogging" inside the headlamps, where water vapour trapped inside. This is also a problem where u can ask for replacement fr TC, as it shouldnt happened. Inside the lens cover, they hv an anti-fogging coatings (where water cannt "sticks/adhere" onto it, and also a very good 'airflow/water vapour" flow system where heat/water vapour should flow out and not trap inside the lamps (from a few tiny holes inside the lamps).
Hope this helps. :)
