U not going to use their inhouse solar film>??

6months ago, my sales agent gave me TCM  basic solar film (thermal guard) for free... U can try asking for it..

Hmm not, under comerical thread>> look for Trent Chan H/P :93838687 (www.tintsycool.com). He got quite few nice comments regarding his service and pricing.. I never do anything with him.. just my opinions

Personally, if u want branded flim... i find that u can go fro Vcool but DONT choose the " basic  protection"  package.. Choose something higher end. This is because most of the basic packages have roughly the same protection as TCM inhouse solar film.

Pay for something that you will not get for free.

You should have pushed harder... UltraMax solar film which is given free by TCM is really very good, one of the best solar film I have experienced as the car interior only gets lukewarm under hot sun.

You should ask your SE to give you a voucher or something, the price likely to be still cheaper than outside.

What is the color of your car?? I think the statement u made abt lukewarm under hot sun is very subjective......I had mine installed the UltraMax (given free by TCM).....and my car is still scorching hot under the hot sun....ok...i know i am asking for it....mine is a black latio with black interior.......unless we had different grade of ultramax installed....or....maybe mine is chong one by TCM??? haha.... ::)

My one not as cooling lah... Damn Hot after parking in the sun in noon  BUT overall STILL slightly better than nothing loh

The High end one then u will see the effect !! Really Cool under afternoon sun.. but cost At least $900 onwards

my thermalguard is free one.. so cant complain.

*ps i think u shld push ur SE to give u FREE film.. it is really not worth paying urself for basic level solar film.. If ur SE dont want to give, dont buy from him/her. i pass u my SE contacts

My Latio colour is metallic red with black interior as you can see in my avatar.

Seriously, I find the UltraMax installed in my car to exceed my expectations. My previous ride is light metallic blue with beige interior and uses ThermalGuard. I experienced exactly as what you mentioned in your present car... interior still scorching hot even though slightly better than without solar film, always need to start the car, turn on the aircon full blast and wait for the car to cool down for a couple of minutes before entering the car.

Now, for my Latio with UltraMax, whenever I park my car outdoors (I work in construction site), even when I enter my car during lunchtime, the amount of heat is so little that I can sit on my seats immediately before turning on the aircon and the leather-wrapped steering wheel is only lukewarm to the touch.

Perhaps I got a different grade as you mentioned? Then I must thank my SE for it.

Wah lan, that film so so lah. I fix up their most expensive film and was given a free PPT more than 6 months ago.

Film- Lucky the film is life time warranty, now tiny bubble start to form le. Going back soon to get it replace.

Free PPT - That guy who did the PPT know nuts abt grooming. When my car arrived, he straight away clay my car using water as lub! I was like WTF, never even wash my ride start claying le. Those towels he use seems like those SAF towels, should have use MF towel wat. Then he go on using chemical polish and sealant on my car and claim his pdt from USA and how good their product is. All the while grooming was done beside the parking lot outside a workshop. After grooming, he hand over the car to me and persuade me to to sign up package. I go abt examining my car, its is covered with tiny specs of black oil on the car body (dont know where it come from). It was an unpleasant experience. I can do a better job than this Groomer.
