Scratched bumper repair cost?

Hi all, recently I scratched another car while doing parallel parking.  :(

The owner wasn't there, so I left a note and took a picture, because I've heard stories of how people repair a lot of stuff at once and pass all the cost to the unlucky fellow.

So around how much does this take to repair? In case I kena cheated!

tink saw some dented there. may cost $150-$200 repair n spray half of the bumper

If no dents, can get re-spray and touch up for less than $100.
