« on: May 08, 2009, 04:37:09 PM »
Hi, my current AIG car insurance will be due soon and i am looking into alternative provider. AIG premium is way too high.. After 3 yrs drive without any damaged claim, i am still paying over 1.2K!!!

Any suggestion ? I try MSIG and they quote me at abt 900 plus...I was like ah!!

Hi, beside getting your car insurance quotations by yourself, if you have a preferred workshop in mind, ask the car workshop to recommend you for the lowest quote that allows you to send for car there.

I did that last month and saved $150.

i've gotten quotes from most insurerers...  turns out msig is the cheapest, especially after the 80 dollar cashcard. :)  for my case, around 750-80 = 670 (for 50 % ncd + 5 % com)

yes... so far MSIG turn out to be cheapest.... for my case around 950 ( for 30% ncd).. exclude minus the 80 carecard...

Comparing to AIG which is 1200plus and somemore this is after (30% ncd plus 5% discount )..Somemore no freebie and only promotion is to include additional $$ to buy home protection insurance!!! Give up on AIG liao
