I think when patching is needed then they will charge, ranging from $7 or $8 to $12 depending on the length of the nail or screw and how deep is the puncture.
If u want to save the money of patching, u can try yr luck at Comfort Delgro. Tell them the tire always lose pressure very fast and ask them to check what is wrong (act blur) and if any parts need to be replaced, tell you first before doing so. Chances are they will return you the car and told you they have pulled out the nail and patched the hole - FOR FREE.

3 yrs ago i had a nail in my tyre at AMK...i drove over to TC at Toa Payoh...they plugged the hole and charged me $10...took 30mins as they were attending to other cars on servicing. Last year i had another nail 1 month after i change to Hankook...i drove over to Hankook at Toh Guan, they plugged the hole at $8 (i think..)
Must always plugged your tyres if there is a hole.....it's only $8~$10...we are talking about safety of your life; your spouse & kids life....this kind of things we should never compromise....
