Sorry, not sure what is that?

I will be paying them a visit to collect my discount card (Free application) tomorrow, so will ask them for more details

I do not think any workshop are accredited at all. Moreover.. there isnt any hard and fast rule stating that we must die die go back to TCM for servicing when under warranty. There are many I know also go outside... but still can claims for the warranty if there is issue.

The void of warranty is grey... But truly believe so long you did any fanciful thing in the engine (super charger/open pod and etc) and remain stock. Whether go non-TCM workshop should be fine. And .. we can still demand for the warranty.. it is all boil down to how fierce are you to demand that....

Customer always right ... :P

Guys, found out ISC is for throttle body cleaning@ 40k km.
Also, there will be no rebates for oil filter and must use AS EO.

ninervictor:
let's assume no NPMP. don't really like the idea of paying upfront before getting the service.

some said even mileage like 20k, 40k, 60k which are major servicing shd go back TCM for peace of mind
and odd mileage like 30k,50k,70k can go outside like AS to save some moola.

from what I gathered, 20k go AS since it's cheaper by 30%.

iagree:

hi zippy & htfreak,

iagree w u guys too.
that is part of the reasons that i save for my 4th and 5th service to service my car outside.
4th - @ KL
5th - @ Autosaver

But both of the above, i don't feel satisfied enough. And, I also have the feeling that I might be rejected by TCM if I go there to service my car or to ask them to check my car if any little minor issues occurred. e.g. Rattling noise, battery issue, aircon and so on... If we dont service @ TCM, do you dare to go there to ask them to check for you at FOC? And, will TCM offer us at FOC? Even though if we service @ Autosaver, if our car have problems regardless of big or small matter, will they give us free services?

And, most imptly is, I want hassle free.
Now, I don't see how TCM can reject all my little minor requests.... I can go there to BS them to check this n that, fix this n that? Alittle bit of problem, drive to TCM to ask their SE to fix it. I have prepaid S$1091? Am I right?

Hassle free........... key point.............

The above is just my 20cents, it might not be accurate.

Regards.
