Very limited choices available for 195/55R16.

A serious consideration when upgrading to broader tyres is the replacement cost.

Thanks, think will stick to 195/60R15 then will save not only on rims but also on FC and actual tyre cost as 15' still cheaper than 16" I hope

Taking the Yokohama AC 01 as an example, 195/60R15 is 20% cheaper than 195/55R16.

With the current recession expected to be the worst since S'pore's independence, it makes sense to be prudent.
