Normally, the top end, expensive tyres will wear out faster than you normal mid range tyres. They usually won't last 2 years on normal driving. That's the reason, I'm on Mid Range Tyre. They are too ex and wears too fast, pocket cannot take it.

I just changed to Hankook K415(good price), been using my stock toyo for nearly 45k km, would have change my stock rims too if my wifey didn't object to bronze rims saying silver nuts and silver centre cap look funny on bronze rims  :(

Heres my FR after a few days of driving. Initially, I thought the tyres is a bit heavy, then I realise it is because the tyres got good grip(stick well to ground) thus the initial feeling, drove thru the heavy downpour yesterday and its . Not sure is it fair to compare to my stock toyo which already serve me for 45k km but the new hankook sure is quieter.

On a side note, the mechanic  pump 230 for both my front & rear tyres and I must say the extra air(for the rear) did result in better FC for me w/o any extra feeling of discomfort.

How abt Falken ZE912?  Cheap at $80/pc.
For Hankook, I understand can get cheaper in Msia.
