Pls Help Strange RPM meter problem

Hi my latio coming to 1 year ...strange problem

When I start car at cold engine, the rpm reads below 1K. WhenI engage gear and stay stationery, rpm reads 0. When I move of normally, it read around 1k only even when I rev, the rpm is unusally low .....however when I restart, the rpm reads normal.

This only happens when car is on cold start, anyone can help? I went to Tan Chong and when they plug in diagnostic, all normal an dthey told me no problem..

tell tan chong engineer test drive with you, 0 rpm during stationery is impossible lah.

When idle and not moving with gears on drive it reads 0..... when drive off rpm only around 1ooo and unusally low but no jerk or whatever, still like normal in driving only meter

The strange thing is only when i start fm cold engine i get this problem, when engine restarted after warm up no more this problem ....

Really really strange

When I told tan chong they saw the problem when I reached the workshop from cold start but when they restarted and test with diagnostic all normal

What a funny problem

You can use a videocam to record the low rpm and show the video clip to Tan Chong Engineers.
