Hi Bro and Sis,
I just collected my new latio and i realised that everytime when i start to move off (after it was parked overnight), there is a clicking sound.
after the initial move off, the clicking sound will be gone. It will come back the next morning.

Has anyone experienced this?

thank you for your advice.

pinspider:
Hi Ken,

thank you for your reply.

usually i wait till the "engine cold indicator" is gone before i move off.
how do you warm it up? wait for 1 min or so?

My guess is there is water or dirt/mud particles in yr brake assembly. It may not make much sense to you now, but u know everytime i finish washing car, the wheel and all will be wet. When i move off, i also will kanna some sound, after that i start driving no more.

Recently raining right? Monitor a bit, could be dirty or mud particle stuck in the brake/wheel assembly.

thanks!
let me monitor it for a while more.
what i noticed is, the click sound comes when i first try to accelerate every morning.
when it is travelling at slow speed, it is perfectly fine.

maybe it is some central locking mechanism? gear box faulty?
