Generally the service personnel is very friendly and good, but beware :

1) The computer tuning equipment is not working, ask me to come back next week. I think this is fine since I stay somewhere nearby
2) When the service guy open my passenger front door, the door hit the main panel of the car jack lifter. Needless to say, this created a small dent (but obvious) on my car door. Not too happy with this and the service guy apology with his action. Minimally they should put some cushion material on the edge of the panel so that it won't create a dent even thought the car doors hit the main panel.

Latio owner, please take note when you are around to see your car being service, remind them to open door carefully, or push further away from the main panel. (he did push away but not far enuff)

Should ask them to compensate you for this. If they damage your car, it's only right they pay you back for repair.
Any recommendation on where to massaging the dent back to normal? My mind is still thinking about this incident.

Cheers

I think dun can. Because some of the drivers here tried before. Even if you insists to change, I dun think there will be rebate as it is under the package.not sure abt the current stage.

Just to share, had called TCM. For NPMP package, no rebate for using your own EO.
But can top up to change to Shogun.
