Hi, jz to share for those who want to keep your 15" rim...

Jz change to k415 195/60R15
Look: better compare to stock with a little bulge out which i dun mind.
Noise: quieter than stock and can feel the comfort as well.
Grip: good that make my pickup abit slower and corning is much stable ;D
Need to do some mod to improve the pickup.... :devil2: any recommendation??

Hi, above is my personnel opinion and compare to stock
still awaiting to try on wet road.

Was thinking of this model for my next set of tyres, care to share how much you paid for them?
Do keep us update on the performance on wet road.

Thanks
Overall : Good

IMHO 195/60/R15 contact surface is only less than 1 cm broader than 185/65/R15, the wall of the tyre is also less than 1cm smaller than stock specs

IMHO, users of 195/60/R15 (assuming J50 if ever one was produced) should experience less than 1% of stability increase. Also pick up should be less than 1% in defficiency

IMO users who experiences significant increase in stability or inefficiency in pick up are more likely due to material, design and build of the tyre, such as increased in side wall stiffness, tyre compound etc etc, never the numeric size of the tyres.

True, but u can choose the brand of tyre.

Of cos u can choose the brand of the tires that is to your liking...

But to me, my hankook V8 is still performing very well even travelling for over 38k.... moreover now hankook having 32% off theirr tires if u change 4. so per piece for 195/60/R15 optimp K415 after disc is $81...

Im currently on K415 195/60R15 tyre.

Notice that i have travel 255km when reach half tank.
Used to be around 150 to 180 when reach half tank.
will be monitoring the mileage for another 2 tanks.

Qn 1: Since this profile is -1% difference, how will it affect our mileage meter???

Qn 2: How to calculate my FC with this new profile??

Any bro using 195/60R15, please advise...
Thanks

I also manage to get around that mileage with my 205/50/ZR16 V8...

But how do you calculate the FC?
Would it be the same as stock size?

Example 1 tank travel 380km
but after changing tyre 1 tank 480km

Does it mean my mileage go faster??
Im abit confuse about it....??

Been taking note for my FC since the change from TOYO 185/65/R15 88H to Bridgestone ER30 195/60/R15 88H on stock rims. Still got similar FC. Full to 3/4 mark is 130km, 1/2 mark is 300km, 1/4 mark is 440km and till the reserve light is around 560km. Using Shell 95. So this should answer your question already. Cheers.
