Personally, I find those tyres below $100 suffice, unless you drive aggressively and take fast & hard corners and frequent the North South Highway and drive at 3 figure speeds.
Below is a gauge of prices from Tyrepac.

Try calling tyre shops like Soh Brothers and Yap Brothers. Their prices are cheaper.

Hi, rang up thomas and realised he got ready stock for the GR90, have called up a few shops to ask bout tat tyre but seems like this is the only one carry that tyre with that size. So reserve the tyres with Thomas and pop by Hock Thye Seng to grab the GR90.
Though i stay in bukit batok, i got difficulties finding the place as it is only one way and the building number is not properly displayed. Anyway, i managed to find it after turing 2 rounds couple with asking the security guards of nearby buildings.
I would say Thomas is a very approachable person, as i am not very sure about the GR90 performance, i enquire with him and he take this time to explain to me the tyre thread, the comparison between my F1 and the GR90, the grooves that allows tracion, water dispersion, comfort, etc.
I din really ask bout the price of the other tyre that he is selling, and i cannot determined whether his price is good in the market as all the other shops i called dun wanna give me a quote and jus turn me down by saying no stock. But i would say tat his service is really good and he really bother to listen and explain things to you. A very friendly and approachable person i would say.
I jus wanna share my good experience with the tyre shop, i am also those cheapo kind who would call up a few shops to compare prices before deciding which one to go to, have tried P.Heng before but was quite turn off by the service thought the price is really cheap. I would say Thomas really make my day and i feel it is money well spent.
Will update on the review of the tyre after trying it out. Thanks to alibaba for the intro :)

fam,
Did you manage to trade in your '195' tyres since you did mention that there's still considerable thread left.
