Nissan Car Lounge - Almera, Juke, Latio, Qashqai, Sylphy, Teana Owners > Latio
Grr Grr
clarence:
Very difficult to diagnose unless we hear the noise.
Suggest you send to Tan Chong to check if car is under warranty.
pmet:
Scared later bring to TC they say "normal" leh. Anyone else having this prob? Car is around 2yrs old, bought new.
Ying:
Go tan chong, if they say normal, ask them to "demo" that sound on other latio. They sure have some other latio doing servicing there right?
clarence:
If Tan Chong uses other customer's car to demo and gets found out, it will be in breach of the servicing terms and Tan Chong risks legal action taken against them, in extreme cases.
It is advisable for Tan Chong to use their test drive car to demo, if necessary.
Ying:
bro, the SE will start other latio engine for servicing too, nothing wrong to take a look with your SE right? Not that you are going to test drive it.
TCM sure have new Latio and demo latio for test but those may not be the same as other on-the-road latio around the same year as pmet's. TCM will say "new car dun have the sound but drive over a year will have, normal one". That's why you need to take a look at other latio but not those new one.
