ask a few of my frzs to sit in n all said it might be the car shaft spolit.
n the sound will get louder as time go if i dun repair it

Is it under warranty by TCM? my car is only 9 mths old.
heard the replacement costs is very high

n my frz said normally if i inform the techician during servicing, they will just spray oil to remove that sound temporary (which doesnt solve the problem)

Hi, is your car park a open or multi storey carpark ?
cos under the multi storey carpark , you need to turn the steering wheel to move up to next lvl, it may stress your  steering wheel after a period of time
just me opinion only
cheers

sigh, mine oso having the same problem again. this friday when do servicing must ask them to change . but that still wont solve the root problem. maybe another 6 mths + need to change again

kennytoh:
mine is open carpark.
there's a few times which i hit the end when i turn the steering too fast. but my frz told mi that it wont be so weak to make it spolit with that few times.

he also told me that normally the technician will just spray oil to remove the sound temporary which doesnt solve the root problem. coz seriously, even if they spray oil but tell u that they had replace a new one...u also dunno, also lan lan coz they prove to u the sound is gone (which is due to the oil).

My ride also "kok kok" when reversing - thanks to TS as this is a good reminder, my 10K servicing is coming up.  Sigh .... brothers and sisters who suffer from the same defect, please highlight the defect on the TCM feedback survey.

I think Tan Chong lost money seling you the Latio.    ;D

Jokes aside, I am genuinely surprised how your problem could keep reoccuring despite replacement of the defective part.
