2.  mechanical say within specs ("tolerance"), anyway steering-wheel aldy aligned centre.
3.  no problem after Testing on alignment-machine, mechanical say could be road condition  :confused1:, unfortunately car still veer left (*tested 100kph along TPE-sengkang/punggol) quite immediate, will verified at tyre shop.

hi kennytoh, fear not, you heard our story, just take note of these points.
btw, i went to TPY (*Kenny) .... good service on every visit

Went back to TCM and they quote $410 to replace as mine is 4yrs old. After reading up here, I left it as it is as the SA say that there is no safety issue with it.

I not sure commercial used power motor coupling is the same as our steering shaft coupling, if yes, the coupling will snapped after certain usage of overstressed, if snapped how to control your car especially on the move.

3.  updates on "car veer left" problem .....
*went to a reputable shop today to done up computerised wheel alignment / wheel balancing / N2 top-up / camber repair  ....... thereafter cheong TPE at 100kph on 3rd lane keeping steering-wheel dead straight, free hand, car started to veer left after 3sec, by next 5sec end-up on 1st lane   :nonod: ........ will go back to shop to seek 2nd opinion

back to basic : veer left problem occurs after steering coupling changed, so shud i go bark at TCM to re-check ?

waste all my blo*dy time ......

********, i think im also facing the same problem after they replace my steering coupling today. at first i thought not much when driving back in the morning, but on the way back running on PIE just now, it seem to be quite bad. it will shift towards left.
