Car won't start

(1/5) > >>

kspchew:
Guys,

My Latio refuse to start up.
Battery is fully charged up, tried cranking 5 times and still not able to start it up. FYI, car had just been serviced at AS last Friday, upon collection, there is no problem with it. But on Sat morning, when I cranked it up, it judder a little before starting up.

But this morning was totally impossible to start up. Since today is a public holiday and most workshop is closed, I had no choice but to leave it till tomorrow morning.

Is it due to the fuel pump or the injector?

CustomGolf:
Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and connect back to reset the ECU, sometime it works.

kspchew:
Thanks for the advice bro. As mine is CNGed, I had tried to start it on gas and it can but once the switch over to petrol, it died

clarence:
I suggest you send your car to Tan Chong to check if it is under warranty, but I am unsure if your warranty will be void since you have switched to CNG.

SoL:
Had a similar problem before too, thought it was the battery, but turned out to be injectors. Since you can start on CNG but not on petrol, I would say its fuel injectors.
