--- Quote from: limtsesh on September 09, 2009, 12:53:14 PM ---I just changed my shoes to Hankook Optimo K415 today - very quiet, very smooth and I must say the customer service experience at Toh Guan is excellent: very fast Tyre changing (<30 mins) and Penang guy-in-charge is friendly, chatty and can converse well in common hobbies (we both liked hard-core sports). I'm also surprised upon visiting the 2nd floor showroom with the pool table, avant garde rim displays and radical bar counters as payment counters! There's even a children's room although I suspect it's under-used as the Tyre changing is too fast!

Overall, a superb customer experience at Hankook!

You should have at least changed 2 weeks ago to enjoy the promotion discount price.
