got any info on how to change the bulb for Latio's fog light?

Fog light very leh chey, need to open up mug guard for your hand to reach the bulb.

Now my ride does not have any fog light, so i cant help.

Agree. very leh chey tasks. If possible, don't open your fog light till it burned and need bulb replacement. :D
