so is it confirmed sign up Standard Chartered Prudential card @ Ion Ochard to enjoy the 20% rebate for $1000??

Just to share.
I not sure about the prudential card.
But if you apply a credit card at Ion.
They have this 20% cash back.
Cap at $200.
