They let me test the film before install, can tell the different on the spot. After istallation, my noon time cabin temperature at open car park droped about 5-8 degree C. If you park for longer time, the heat still get into the car via the roof.

Most heat enters the car interior via the car body, so if you want a cooler car, choose  a lighter body colour that reflects heat.

Ying:
both my car interior and exterior are light colour. That is one of my consideration when I shop for a car.

Any bro with door sound proof experience lower cabin temperature after installation?

clarence:
Roof sound proofing may reduce heat entering the cabin, but there's little significance with door sound proofing serving this purpose.

For bros who are concerned with heat with parking under the hot sun, my advice is to get visors for your doors, lower the window slightly so the hot air can escape. I've been without visors for 1.5 yrs and really feel the visor paying off the next day after putting it on.

For solar film, i feel it is more for driving under hot sun and parking for short time frame under the sun.

I only have VCool X75 on my windscreen. Side front window still with Ultramax. My experience is the heat from the side window is more much evident than the front. Overall driving is much more pleasant now. I also do feel the aircon more powerful but it might be psychological.
