Latio - Max laden weight

Hi, I am reading my registration record.

Unladen Weight = 1130kg.
Max Laden Weight = 1450kg.

So, the Max loading weight = 320kg only.
Assuming 1 passenger = 70kg. 5 pax = 350kg. Overloaded by 30kg. Haven't add luggage yet.
Technically, it is dangerous to overload and TP can book us for overloading?

Even Vios can carry over 450kg.

Ok. I have yet to collect my Latio. Can only look at the paper and analyze.

What are the consequences of exceeding the laden weight?
Car parts spoil faster?
Unsafe travelling?
Actually i dun quite understand the rationale behind this laden weight thing...
