Newbie Driving up North

hello all, im a new latio owner.. just collected my car 3 weeks back. wanted to find out folks here what are some of the advice for driving up north? is it recommended to drive a new car up there?

am going there for biz trip...

appreciate any advice  ;D

the farthest i went was to kukup when my car was a few weeks old...i juz drive very slowly cos the roads there got a lot of potholes...locked my car with 2 steeling wheel locks.. :devil2: :devil2:

outdated...nowaday, ppl might tow away your car...regardless how many steeling wheel locks you use. :bleh:
