Bros, I've changed the battery twice recently from a fresh Panasonic to a fresh Energiser battery, still no go for keyless entry and keyless ignition. According to some topics, only a Sony battery can save the day. Anyone knows where to get it?
I been scouring places like photography or photo developing shops and watch shops whenever there's a chance but no cigar always.... Sian.
Please help if able. Thank you.

watches shop which is ex
sls
or any place selling batteries.. i think not that hard to find ba ?
got see ppl sell battery @ minimart just go in ask.. might not be put on display...
-
not necessary for the battery to be of Sony brand
as long as the battery is type CR2025
try checking the voltage
also make sure that the wire connection behind the inside rear view mirror is secure

yup, doubt the brand will affect the i-key sensitivity, mine is energiser, i think better bring back TCM if still under warranty to check.

Thanks guys! Lucky still under warranty...

Dear latio bros, PROBLEM SOLVED!
Thanks to Silver, I checked the rear view mirror and true enough, the wire behind was not securely attached. I pushed the head of the wire back in and lo and behold, Intelligent-Key again! Thanks again Silver! And luckily enough, I hadn't made my way down to TC yet and I'm still using my Energiser CR2025.
If like me, you share the car with your family members and keep adjusting the mirror and also use a reflector which u typically shove behind the mirror, you might wanna do the same.

we have one happy car owner this Christmas
what happened to your fresh Panasonic battery?
