Title: Is bright bulb for headlight passable for inspection?

Just a quick question as I have no idea on this at all.

Is it legal to install those bright yellowish white bulb for our car headlight? Definitely it is lighter than yellow but not those white light I'm referring to. I just want it brighter and stronger.  :unsure:

so long lta approved no problems. i'm on night breakers, went for inspection, nothign mentioned.
