You can try going back to TCM and ask for polishing, ask them if they can touch up on the mentioned spot.

You can try to call "Kar Yee" at 96874031. Ask him to give you a quotation first.

Since you mention minor scratch, try polishing yourself with scratch remover. My colleague Mazda 5 rub against the wall. We use autoglym resin polish to rub till the scratch become not obvious. Good enough overall

I also use autoglym resin polish to touch up minor dents/scratches from unfriendly neighbouring cars that open their doors wide.  Recommended touch up kit

TS, if the small area can ask TCM to touch up during your next servicing, but better go to TCM UBI branch. Other branch I am not sure they have the paint. Service usually FOC.

I also use autoglym resin polish but arm power only, hair line scratches yes but I don't think can solve those scratches with surface paint chip off.

Yes, it won't remove those surface paint chipped off. But if the chip off is minor, the polish can make it less obvious from a distance. Only when you do washing, you'll notice them.

My opinion of touch paint is not done properly, it'll look worst.
