Title: liquid dripping from under-chasis middle shaft

i just recently discovered liquid dripping from my latio's under-chasis middle shaft, slightly under the where the gear box is.

not exactly know what that liquid is, but is clear and look sort of like water.

and it only happens immediately after a drive i.e., stopping my car.

the dripping stops after a while.

do you guys know what the reason for this could be?

i am under Nissan NPMP...would it cover issues like this?

I think is from e air con...I also experience this.
