can 4AT use cvt gear oil or can only use atf?

btw, when to change CVT oil ? at 100K or 120K ?

4at dont use cvt gear oil. correct me if im wrong

renew every 60k, some ppl will renew or even flush every 40k to "protect/prolong" gearbox
