I guess
1) your skin too dry.
2) you rub the wrong stuff  :bleh: certain fabric will produce static if you rub them.

can try
1) hand lotion.
2) avoid fabric like fleece.
3) carbon fibre door handle protector... there was a GB long time ago.
4) when you close the door, push parts that are non conductor.

Check for parts that are rubbing the ground when your car is moving. Some parts may be dangling, causing charge up during ur ride

Can try changing your footwear... I used to have this zapped when never I touch the door knob. After soe time i realise when i change my shoes to normal office shoe from clogged, no more zapped.

friction from some parts during ride may produce static charge but hitting the ground actually discharge  it. Petrol tanker or similar turck have chains or some other object danging around tyre to discharge static.

I encounter static everytime I get out of my car. What I do is that after I open my door, I will use my right arm (near the sleeve) to touch the door frame and it will discharge the static (you will hear the "Tiag" sound but you will not feel anything). After that it will be fine.
