Title: TCM Warranty period

HI, just want to check the warranty coverage and period from TCM
 
Is it 3 yrs engine warranty, including parts OR 3 yrs engine warranty but 1 yr warranty on parts?

as far as I know, 3yrs warranty covers parts except wear & tear items but not for those fitted locally.....eg. alarm, HU, speakers
