Need some advice from bro/sis
discover recently sever power loss when air con is on this resulted super high fc and sluggish pick up
checked tyre pressure and car just 5k from last servicing
when i off the air con the ride and power feels normal as before
is this a sign aircon failing?

It is normal for cars of the Latio's capacity (1500cc) to feel a loss of power, particularly when accelerating when the air con compressor kicks in.
But if you were to drive a larger capacity car like the 2000cc Nissan Teana, you woudl not feel such an effect as the engine has sufficient power.

I feel the same thing too.. but i'm not sure what you mean by extreme lah.. I suspect the bearing in the a/c compressors are rusting.. that's why when the electromech clutch cuts in u feel the load on the engine.
Btw, i asked TCM if we can grease the bearings but they claim it's sealed...
