Title: Broken foglight glass
Post by: alghojo on May 16, 2010, 07:40:19 PM
Realise this morning, one of my foglight glass was smashed. Anyone knows how much to replace the glass or must replace the whole foglight fixture? Not sure whether to replace or remove totally as the foglight I seldom use. Foglight is original on latio sport.

Need to replace the whole fog light unit

if i'm not wrong>> since ur glass is smash>>> to replace the glass = replace the whole unit leh

if rarely used, maybe can remove it ......

Alternative can get 2nd hand one>> see whose car is expiring .. maybe can use theirs to replace

I foresee need to change to whole unit cannot change glass only. I seldom use the foglight so thinking whether to remove or get replacement from scrapyard.

My car doesn't have the foglight. It is possible to get the glass for the picture framing shop, or hard plastic for fish tank. Of course it will not have the concave shape of the foglight, but may be able to fix it with silicon.
