Hi all, been to TC twice to rectify my steering alignment. but it still seems to steer to the left more. Do i have to press them to change any part? Warranty going to be over soon....

Could be your tires
My alignment was off for quite some time and i think the tires have been eating up according to the "wrong" alignment
After getting my alignment right at TCM, it took like a couple of Ks before my alignment seemed right again. Right after setting the alignment right, car was not really going straight and steering juddered alittle when braking at around 80-ish kmh
-
sometimes it might be due to unenven tyre wear or drive shaft faulty...
-
where did u drive when it steers to the left? does it steer sharply to the left, or is it slow? if it's slow it's due to the road, nothing to do with the car. if the steer is quite sharp then you need to get your alignment fixed

Better send to workshop that can do the computerized 4 wheels alignment. Did you go into pothole or hit kerb recently? It might cause the camber out of alignment.
-
actually just done tyre rotation and balancing 2 weeks ago. but steering alignment is still off... zzzzz

my family's latio also got this prb that time... went to TC and kpkb, keep complaining until they buay tahan, did a full alignment test for me... hehe

Indignant, when you hold your steering straight, does your car drive straight? When you let go, it steers to the left, is it immediate or gradual? What speed were you driving and where?
If it's immediate and you were doing it on flat ground on MSCP, then better kpkb TCM... otherwise, it might not be alignment.
In SG expressways it is normal for the car to go towards the left abit as the center of the expressway is higher than the sides for water drainage...

DIY for the front wheel alignment. Turn your steering wheel all the way to one direction. There are nuts there make minor adjustment to your wheel for both side. It took me many fine tune of it to get the wheel straight and perfect. U go back to TC, waste time. They told me was my tyres problem. I told them my tyres were Brand new for 3 weeks. Worst, they told me to go back to my own tyre shop, since it was replaced outside. Fainted, they pushed the blame. :confused1:

I have a similar problem when do a tyre ratation at TC. After complain to them, they say singapore road is normally slant to left side. hahaha... but I not agree with them and keep complain until a senior technician tested my car and agreed with my point. What he did is swap the front 2 tyre and the problem solved. Else I might need to request LTA to re-surface the road. :)

Final solution.
1) Park your car with all wheel in correct alignment.
2) Dismantling out your steering.
3) Align your steering to correct position then put it back and locked it.
p/s: make sure your wheels is in correct alignment before you did this. LOL
