Title: Accident upon coming out from car park at Toa Payoh Central
Post by: xkaikaijunx on July 09, 2010, 09:52:52 AM: Need help on this bros. I pushed a Merz to kiss a Honda Civic at Toa Payoh Central Last night. Anyone got cheap workshop to intro? *sighs* deep hole in pocket liao. Merz front and rear bumper crack and Civic suffered minor scratches.

1st do you have black and white with all parties to settle private (only apply if no1 injuried)?
2nd if yes above, u must report to you ins about it even though if not some1 play punk go claim you.
3rd for latio you can go to

1) labour for removing rear bumper
2) internal damage
3) assessment fees
etc etc

the worst part is they engage lawyer to send me letter asking if I am gonna contest the claim even though i already admit full liability.

then u better cover up ur ******** when they go down, make them sign and each keep a copy, nethertheless you still need to inform ur ins co asap.

PS: if involve in an accident, never admit liablity even you are in wrong, just take pictures, exchange info etc. let ins co to determine who fault.

wow cracked then show latio is more soild. 2 different WS meaning they go own preferred one?

the civic one quite reasonable.

usually/maybe merz part is expensive but i cant really advise much on this. since want private settle so no choice pay it.

make sure u come up a black and white, after they signed no more further claim or report ins. no more liability
