Clocked more than 60k, any tyres recommendation for latio sports (including any good deal)?
Understand current is 185/65R15, should I stick to this profile or it is ok to change?

Change to Hankook K415 (195 60 R15), cheap, good grip and lasting
-
Hankook megastore at woodlnad, K415 at $84 nett each with free nitrogen pump
-
If you wan comfort and quiet, bridgestone GR90 better
You wan better wet grip and lasting, Hankook K415
You want best of both of worlds? Front Hankook and rear bridgestone
-
Yokohama AA01 beats Bridgestone GR90 in comfort and quietness.
-
you can also consider hankook ventus me01, the new ones. comfort and offer good wet grip. I am very happy with it.

I recently changed mine to Dunlop EC201 at autobacs for $88 per pc.

I had read many post about which tyre grip is better than the other .... ....
my 2 cent is get a better rotor, brake pad/shoe and flush your brake oil 20~30k interval then use any common tyre will do subject to your pocket money.
Most people "buang" at corner/wet road is not due to tyre grip but their common sense or the lack of it. Any reputable tyre brand is good enough. Use any common tyre with better brake system is better than fighting over which tyre to be use with spongy brake system.
Unless you drive 100km/h over the speed limit, any commercial tyre will do.
