Title: Front Passenger Seat Jammed

My front passenger seat cannot be adjusted today. The seat can be reclined. Only it cannot be adjusted to move front and back. Maybe the spring snap? Have anyone experience this. Im driving nissan latio sedan and the car is abt 5 1/2 years now. Anyone know the cost of repair and can recommend me a place to do it.
I suspect the spring nearest to the gear has snap as the one nearest to the door seem able to move abit. Just the seat is totally lock down to one place now, luckily not too close to the dashboard.
Any suggestion appreciated.

try applying WD-40?

nope it is not rusty... ask a few people, most say the spring snap.
