Title: Sound at only initial moving off
Post by: wooks on April 18, 2012, 07:21:56 AM
I have a "thud" sound front engine at the initial moving off at 20km & 40km.  After that, no more of this, but whenever a new start on the engine, it will be heard again during each time and only the initial move off.  Anyone encounter & solution to it?

This should be the 'ABS' check sound when you travel more than 20-30km/hr........  It get obvious as the car grows older...

It's not from air con.  So if ABS check, how to eliminate or reduce it?  Will replacement or tighten the belt helps?
