is the two adjusting screw? one for up and down, the other is for left and right??

the screw for up and down seems easy to adjust and the movement of the headlight is very obvious.

Tried adjusting the other screw but cannot tell the difference... Whats the best way to adjust them left and right?

left and right adjustment screws are on the side, there is a guide for your screw driver, needs to be long screw drivers.

Bear in mind that your distance to the wall that you're projecting your headlights to is not quite as far as it would in real driving condition so on to 2 degrees of change might be adequate in driving conditions and it doesn't seem much on the wall.
