Any ideas is this due to paint came of?

Where to buy the touch up paint? Call up Nissan but seen like they don't sell.thanks.

Even same color code new paint and old paint still look little different..

Thanks. got it touch up at TC.
Can bring a glass bottle and get some paint from them.
