Title: RPM Issue

Just bought an 8 yrs old latio and noticed that the rpm will fly past 2000rpm whenever i start the engine while it's cold. Like to check eith the bro Is this normal?

If it is just over 2000 RPM, should be fine. It will drop down after warm up.
