I changed shock absorbers at 120k km. How is your ride going through humps? Do you feel the car bottom out? The rubber boots you refer to could be the cover. It can crack and doesn't affect the suspension. The shock absorbers will be changed together with the rubber bumps.
Refer to nissan shock absorber campaign. http://www.nissan.com.sg/ForOwners/shock_absorbers.pdf
For the brakepads, how can the middle groove gone? So the brakepad not wearing out evenly?

dono leh the groove like not there but the pad still quite thick to the base plate. so far the suspension still feels ok, went to my usual workshop and the mechanic said no need to change, the tyre shop ppl scare me nia..

A good mech will ask you to change everything. More change, more money. Just take it as super advance warning.

If brake worn that probably have some symptom (Noise), disc worn seriously (uneven).
shock absorber rubber boot? (is it cover the absorber sponge) that is passive item.
