I believe the 100K recommendation by Nissan (or Denso) is too extreme. I just changed my original set of plugs at 70K and the plugs are already badly fouled with carbon and power is weak. My FC lately has been bad. After changing the plug with a similar one from Nissan/Denso (but using the hotter "16" version), I am on my first tank and FC seems to have improved by leaps and bounds these few days although I cannot conclude that would improve my FC until I finish the tank.
