Pre facelift model Latio sports costs $56,000.

Interest rate is 2.38% to 2.5%.

Delivery date is approximately 2 weeks after you secure your COE.

Usual freebies to bargain for include -

1. Leather seats
2. Sports rims
3. Window tinting
4. 3M car mat
5. Fog lamp
6. DS3 Bodykit
7. i-key
8. Window visor

The more loan you take, the higher are your chances of getting more freebies.

Of course, that also means you are paying more in interest charges, so please do your sums first.

And the more add ons to your Latio, the heavier it gets, resulting in higher fuel consumption.  ;)

The discounts at Tan Chong website does not reflect the true price after the relevant discounts, for example :

1. Loan Discount - $1,500
2. Insurance Discount - $500
3. Ex-stck discount - $5,500
4. YOM2007 Discount - $1,000
5. DS3 Bodykit Opt Out - $500
6. NPMP Opt Out - $800
7. Current Nissan Owner Discount - $500

That adds up to a whopping $10,300 discount off the list price!!!   :yehyeh:

wah.. think it's pretty worth while to get the showroom unit since it's not really been driven, unlike the test drive unit..

Sigh   :crying:

Price of pre facelift Latio have dropped further by $1,000.

It now costs only $52,000.

When I booked mine 2 mth ago, my SE told me very limited stocks left for YOM2007 Latio, but now 2 mth later later, still so many stocks left, and prices even dropped by $1,000.

Should have held back my purchase since I am in no urgent need of a new car.

And back then my SE told me facelift Latio will cost $8,000 more than pre facelift model.

But now facelift Latio costs only $2,000 more than pre facelift Latio - only $55,000   :confused1:

Thought I got a good deal initially, but now it's really a lousy deal.   :nonod:

Showroom cars got many ppl help you to season the door / bonnet / boot joints, soften your leather seats etc etc :bleh:

The showroom unit's beige leather seats have already become brown, and looked shiny when I saw it - all the human oil and sweat on it... eeeeee.    :devil2:

Dun think too much - important thing is to enjoy yr ride after u collect it. With COE system, prices are unpredictable.

i also just collected my ride 2 weeks ago, but i'm loving every moment driving my Latio. So Enjoy!

Latio does not come with sunroof.

Pre Facelift Latio basic 4A/T costs $52K.

Pre Facelift Sports version CVT costs $55K, which is same price as Facelifted Latio basic 4A/T.

I paid $53K for my Latio.

I don't mind paying an extra $2K for the facelift model @ $55K which has higher OMV and is fresh stock, unlike our pre facelift Latio which has been sitting in the warehouse for almost 1 year.

Hi,

I think Latio basic now is 52K, CVT Premium 55K & Latio Sports should be around 58K. All pre facelift models. What I heard is the new facelift models is at least 6K more. Not sure where did you heard is only 2k?

I bought Latio premium at 56.5K. yday COE bidded, will be getting end of the month ba.....

No la...I don't think u been chopped, it about the time u enter the market and the price the car command...it like in job, u enter the company during bad time your pay will be low but newer crews enter during good tims, their pay package will be better...

Facts about life, unfair, crude, hurt...that's life ba.

actually..is not the car price of the ex stock (the 1.5k lower). is that we r told that new facelift cost alot more n they not aware of when it is coming. The moment we ordered it...they launch it n know the price asap....I mean, it is not a good feeling.

Sunroof is only available on Latio CVT Sports Premium.

So, $63,500 for Latio Sports Premium with Sunroof based on your price list. Am I right?
Title: Re: Car Pricing?
Post by: clarence on August 09, 2008, 11:03:31 PM
$63,500 is for facelifted Latio Sports Premium, and is inclusive of $1,500 loan discount and $500 insurance discount.

If you prefer to pay by cash and source for your own insurance (which will be cheaper), you have to top up an extra $2,000 which adds up to $65,500.
