Title: I-Key Low Battery?
Post by: shiunhan on August 22, 2008, 04:47:18 PM
Hi Bro/Sis,

Can i check you all of you as i am not sure.

Since early this week i realise after i start my car the Green Key icon on the dash board will blink for sometime before it goes off.

Anyone know if it is due to low battery on the I-Key?

Please advice me thanks.

It is normal for the green icon to blink.

It simply indicates that your i-key is within range.

If your i-key battery is low, you will hear a series of beeps.

Thank Clarence,

But i have my ride for more than 2 year already and did not realist such thing. Usually when i want to start my car, i will push in and the Green will lightup and after i crank it will disappear.

However this time after i crank and when the engine is running the Green LED blink for about 1 min or less. then disappear.
