Snake oil. :fighting:
how sure are you it's snake oil?
its not as snake oil as volt stabs fyi.
so do get your facts right before you slam a perfectly good yet cheap solution to clogged TB and white smoke, not to mention many other points as well.

you can install as it prevents oil from getting into your pcv line and clogging up your throttle body.
also, if your car is spewing out a lot of white smoke, it can help determine if engine oil has gotten into your exhaust system.
there are other uses, but instead of asking here and receiving some waste-time answers from i-know-everything-but-in-fact-i-dont, search the net for it bro.
cheers.

There is this issue of whether Tan Chong Motors will void your warranty if you install this after market accessory.
There has already been a well publicised case of Tan Chong Motors voiding the warranty of a Nissan Sunny which installed a voltage stabiliser.

Just good intention in mind to warn him of implications if this device is fitted.

for normal driving, I dont think is neccessary to have a oil catch tank ba, mainly for those hardcore who used to rev hard to trap overflow excess oil or bubbles back to throttle ba.

you're right. but it applies from normal driving too, but usually normal driving the vapour very minimum so not really necessary.
