You can fit insulation in door panels to make it more solid but at the expense of higher fuel consumption due to heavier weight.

yes, soundproofing removes the "hollow" sound.  Your speakers would sound much better also.  :)

If I blast my speaker, felt that something is not tighten & got the 'loosen' sound.

Can always send back to Tan Chong to rectify for free since it is under warranty.

Depends on what car are you comparing. Compare to Continental cars, of course doors feel light, compare to most Thai, Korean or Malaysian cars, it is heavier.

Got a former colleague who owned a Kia, when closed doors, it has the 'conk' sound like tin can.

I SP my previous vios, much better feel and sound. FC not much affected cause SP foam not much weight.

stock speakers would have their limitations as well...  too loud past a certain limit, also will have distortion.

either that, or there is something loose inside ur door...

Maybe your friend used to taking continental cars.  Once I went out lunch with two of my colleagues.  One of them "slam" the door and the other told him "This is not your continental car, don't have to use so much strength to close the door!"

The new taxis on the road are huge and solid.  Some of them come with auto-close door feature.  You don't need to close door also can since the driver can close it by pressing a button.
